Version1.0
PublishedSeptember 1, 2026
EffectiveSeptember 1, 2026
ProviderGetClinic, Inc., a Delaware corporation
Applies WithPatient Privacy Policy; Health Data Privacy & Sharing Notice; Booking & Deposit Terms; Refund & Cancellation Policy; Cookie Policy

These Patient Marketplace Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the GetClinic websites, mobile applications, patient portal, marketplace, messaging tools, consultation technology, booking functionality, payment interfaces and related services provided by GetClinic, Inc. (“GetClinic,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

GetClinic operates a technology marketplace that enables individuals to discover, compare, communicate with and book services from independent healthcare providers.

GetClinic is not a hospital, clinic, physician, healthcare professional or healthcare provider. GetClinic does not diagnose medical conditions, determine medical suitability, prescribe treatment, perform medical procedures or control medical decisions.

The healthcare provider you select is responsible for your healthcare.

Please read these Terms carefully.

1. Who We Are

GetClinic, Inc. is a Delaware corporation operating an international healthcare marketplace and associated technology infrastructure.

GetClinic provides technology that may enable you to:

  • discover healthcare providers;
  • search and filter Clinics;
  • compare Clinics and procedures;
  • view Clinic profiles;
  • request information;
  • request treatment quotations;
  • exchange messages with Clinics;
  • upload documents;
  • schedule consultations;
  • participate in Clinic consultations using GetClinic technology;
  • receive Clinic Offers;
  • request or confirm bookings;
  • make certain payments;
  • receive booking records and receipts;
  • manage marketplace communications;
  • submit reviews.

GetClinic provides the marketplace infrastructure.

Healthcare services are provided by independent Clinics.

2. The Three Separate Relationships

When you use GetClinic, three distinct relationships may exist.

2.1 You and GetClinic

You receive marketplace and technology services from GetClinic.

2.2 You and the Clinic

You may enter into a separate healthcare, consultation, booking or treatment relationship with the Clinic you select.

2.3 GetClinic and the Clinic

GetClinic may separately provide software, marketplace, subscription, technology, payment or related services to the Clinic.

GetClinic’s commercial arrangements with a Clinic do not make GetClinic the provider of your healthcare.

3. Definitions

For these Terms:

“Booking”

means a reservation, appointment, consultation or treatment booking requested or confirmed through GetClinic.

“Clinic Booking Deposit”

means an amount independently determined, required or approved by the selected Clinic and paid to secure a Booking through an approved Collection Route for Clinic Booking Deposits. If the booked Treatment proceeds, it is credited in full against the Clinic Treatment Price. If the Patient cancels at least 72 hours before the scheduled Treatment start time, the unused Clinic Booking Deposit is refunded in full under the Refund & Cancellation Policy. If the Patient cancels less than 72 hours before the scheduled start time but before Treatment begins, any retention is governed by the disclosed Clinic Cancellation Charge rules in these Terms and the Refund & Cancellation Policy. If Treatment does not proceed for another reason, the Deposit is handled under applicable pending-review, medical-rejection, Clinic-cancellation, no-show and refund terms, subject to mandatory law.

“Clinic Charge”

means a separately disclosed amount charged by the Clinic that is not a Clinic Booking Deposit, including a Clinic Consultation Charge, Clinic Cancellation Charge or Clinic No-Show Charge.

“Clinic Cancellation Charge”

means a separately disclosed lawful amount charged by the Clinic following Patient cancellation in circumstances where a cancellation charge is permitted, including a cancellation occurring less than 72 hours before the scheduled Treatment start time. Where applied from a Clinic Booking Deposit, the Clinic Cancellation Charge must have been disclosed before payment, must not exceed the Clinic Booking Deposit, must be reasonable and proportionate to genuine non-recoverable costs or loss caused by the late cancellation, and must be separately identified from any remaining Clinic Booking Deposit and other Clinic Charges, subject to mandatory law.

“Clinic Consultation Charge”

means any separately disclosed amount charged by the Clinic for a consultation by the Clinic or its healthcare professional, including a remote consultation using GetClinic technology.

“Clinic No-Show Charge”

means a separately disclosed lawful amount charged by the Clinic following an avoidable Patient no-show. Where applied from a Clinic Booking Deposit, the Clinic No-Show Charge must have been disclosed before payment, must not exceed the Clinic Booking Deposit, must be reasonable and proportionate to genuine non-recoverable costs or loss caused by the no-show, and must be separately identified from any remaining Clinic Booking Deposit and other Clinic Charges, subject to mandatory law.

“Clinic Treatment Balance”

means the portion of the Clinic Treatment Price remaining payable after applying the Clinic Booking Deposit and other applicable Clinic credits.

“Clinic”

means an independent hospital, clinic, medical center, dental clinic, physician practice or other healthcare provider accessible through GetClinic.

“Participating Facility”

means the hospital, clinic, medical center or other healthcare facility/location identified in the Booking as the place where the booked Treatment is scheduled to begin.

“Clinic Offer”

means a quotation, proposed treatment plan, booking offer, estimated Treatment Price or other commercial or medical proposal issued or approved by a Clinic.

“GetClinic Services”

means GetClinic’s marketplace, websites, applications, portals, booking, messaging, document, video, payment-interface and related technology.

“Patient”

or “you” means the individual using GetClinic, or a person legally authorized to act for that individual.

“PSP”

means a payment service provider used for a transaction.

“Payment Beneficiary” or “Payee”

means the Clinic or other person identified before payment as the beneficiary or payee of a Clinic-related Patient payment.

“Payment Processor”

means the PSP or other regulated payment provider that technically processes a Clinic-related Patient payment through the applicable Collection Route.

“Treatment Price”

means the amount charged by the Clinic for Treatment, also referred to in these Terms as the “Clinic Treatment Price.”

“Collection Route”

means the route by which a Clinic-related Patient payment is collected, including Clinic-direct collection, Clinic-designated PSP collection, marketplace payment infrastructure or another legally supported route.

“Treatment”

means healthcare, medical, dental, surgical, diagnostic, consultation or related healthcare services offered by a Clinic.

4. Acceptance of These Terms

You accept these Patient Marketplace Terms when you create a Patient account through a checkbox or other affirmative acceptance mechanism presented by GetClinic.

At Booking or payment checkout, the Patient must separately confirm the transaction-specific terms and disclosures applicable to that transaction, including, as applicable, the Clinic Offer, Booking & Deposit Terms, Payment Beneficiary or Payee, Payment Processor, Collection Route, Booking Type, Booking Status, Medical Approval Status, and Refund/Cancellation/No-Show Terms.

GetClinic will record Terms acceptance and transaction confirmations electronically where lawful and may maintain evidence including:

  • Terms version;
  • timestamp;
  • account identifier;
  • acceptance event;
  • transaction identifier;
  • technical records where lawful.

GetClinic will require renewed acceptance of these general Terms when they materially change and renewed acceptance is appropriate or legally required.

5. Other Documents That May Apply

These Terms should be read together with applicable documents including:

A transaction-specific document governs the relevant transaction where it contains more specific terms than these general Terms.

Privacy notices and cookie choices operate separately from these contractual Terms where required by law.

6. Eligibility

You must generally be at least 18 years old to create and control a GetClinic account.

A parent, guardian or other legally authorized representative may use GetClinic for another individual where permitted by applicable law and the Clinic.

If you act for another person, you represent that you have appropriate authority to do so.

You agree to provide truthful and accurate information.

7. GetClinic Is Not a Healthcare Provider

GetClinic does not practice medicine or dentistry.

GetClinic does not:

  • diagnose;
  • prescribe;
  • recommend a medical procedure as a healthcare professional;
  • determine medical eligibility;
  • determine clinical urgency;
  • make final treatment decisions;
  • supervise physicians;
  • perform medical procedures;
  • provide clinical aftercare.

Only an appropriately qualified healthcare professional can determine whether a particular Treatment is suitable for you.

8. No Doctor-Patient Relationship With GetClinic

Using GetClinic does not create a doctor-patient, dentist-patient or other healthcare-provider relationship between you and GetClinic.

A healthcare relationship may arise separately between you and the selected Clinic or its healthcare professionals.

GetClinic is not a party to that clinical relationship.

9. Medical Emergencies

GetClinic is not an emergency medical service.

Do not rely on GetClinic for:

  • urgent medical triage;
  • emergency diagnosis;
  • emergency treatment;
  • life-threatening conditions.

If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, contact appropriate local emergency services or a healthcare provider immediately.

10. Independent Clinics

Clinics available through GetClinic are independent healthcare providers.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Clinics are not:

  • employees of GetClinic;
  • subsidiaries of GetClinic;
  • medical agents of GetClinic;
  • controlled healthcare facilities of GetClinic.

The Clinic is independently responsible for its medical services and legal obligations.

11. Clinic Responsibilities

The Clinic is exclusively responsible for matters including:

  • medical consultation;
  • diagnosis;
  • medical suitability;
  • procedure selection;
  • treatment planning;
  • physician assignment;
  • Treatment Price;
  • informed consent;
  • medical records;
  • performance of Treatment;
  • medical equipment;
  • medications;
  • clinical outcomes;
  • complications;
  • emergency care;
  • postoperative care;
  • aftercare.

Where a Clinic offers health-tourism logistics, the Clinic or another identified provider is responsible for those services.

12. GetClinic Responsibilities

GetClinic is responsible for the GetClinic Services it provides.

These may include:

  • maintaining marketplace technology;
  • operating Patient and Clinic portals;
  • transmitting marketplace communications;
  • displaying Clinic information;
  • maintaining booking records;
  • facilitating payments where available;
  • operating review functionality;
  • maintaining reasonable platform security;
  • providing GetClinic customer support.

GetClinic does not assume responsibility for Clinic medical judgment merely because the Clinic uses GetClinic technology.

13. Clinic Verification

GetClinic may conduct administrative verification of Clinics.

Verification may include reviewing:

  • business registration;
  • healthcare licenses;
  • healthcare-tourism authorization where applicable;
  • physician credentials;
  • insurance;
  • accreditation;
  • authorized representatives;
  • bank information;
  • sanctions or compliance information.

A verification indicator does not constitute a guarantee that:

  • a Clinic is medically suitable for you;
  • Treatment will succeed;
  • no complication will occur;
  • a Clinic will remain compliant indefinitely.

Verification describes GetClinic’s administrative marketplace checks, not a medical endorsement.

14. Clinic Information

Clinics may provide content including:

  • descriptions;
  • physician profiles;
  • Treatment information;
  • photographs;
  • prices;
  • packages;
  • credentials;
  • accreditation;
  • availability;
  • before-and-after materials.

Clinics are responsible for ensuring information they provide is accurate and lawful.

Clinic profiles, checkout, or linked Clinic legal information must make available the Clinic’s legal name, business address and country, contact information, company registration or trade-register information where applicable, healthcare license or authorization information where applicable, and the actual Treatment provider where different from the Clinic legal entity, to the extent required by applicable law and before payment where the information is material to the transaction.

GetClinic may review, reject, moderate, correct or remove Clinic content.

You should confirm material Treatment information with the Clinic before proceeding.

15. Search, Filtering and Matching

GetClinic may help you identify Clinics using criteria such as:

  • procedure;
  • location;
  • language;
  • price information;
  • availability;
  • accreditation;
  • Patient preferences;
  • Clinic responsiveness;
  • review information.

Search and matching functionality is marketplace functionality.

A search result should not be interpreted as individualized medical advice.

A statement such as:

“These Clinics match your selected preferences”

does not mean:

“GetClinic medically recommends these Clinics.”

16. Marketplace Ranking

Clinic rankings may consider factors including:

  • relevance to your search;
  • location;
  • availability;
  • languages;
  • responsiveness;
  • marketplace performance;
  • verified Patient feedback;
  • Clinic profile completeness;
  • compliance status.

Some Clinics may purchase sponsored visibility or advertising.

Sponsored placements will be identified as sponsored, promoted or equivalent where required.

A high marketplace position is not a guarantee of medical superiority.

17. You Choose the Clinic

The final decision to contact, consult with or book a Clinic belongs to you.

GetClinic does not make the Clinic your healthcare provider without your choice.

You should consider information relevant to your own circumstances and ask the Clinic appropriate medical questions before proceeding.

18. Initial Requests Are Not Medical Acceptance

Submitting an inquiry does not mean that:

  • the Clinic has accepted you;
  • the Clinic has diagnosed you;
  • Treatment has been confirmed;
  • you are medically suitable;
  • a price is final.

The Clinic must independently assess whether it is willing and able to treat you.

19. Limited Information Before Clinic Engagement

GetClinic may initially provide Clinics with limited information about a Patient request before sharing additional identifying or health information.

This may support:

  • privacy;
  • data minimization;
  • marketplace operation;
  • reducing unnecessary disclosure.

Additional information may be made available when you choose to engage with a Clinic and where appropriate for the Clinic to evaluate or provide services.

Privacy and health-data sharing are governed by GetClinic’s applicable privacy notices.

20. Clinic Medical Review

A Clinic may request information such as:

  • medical history;
  • photographs;
  • scans;
  • X-rays;
  • laboratory results;
  • medication information;
  • prior procedures;
  • consultation;
  • physical examination.

The Clinic is responsible for determining what medical information it requires.

Even after reviewing information remotely, the Clinic may change its medical recommendation following an in-person examination where clinically justified.

21. Clinic Offers

Clinic Offers are issued or approved by the Clinic.

A Clinic Offer must identify material transaction information, including, as applicable:

  • Clinic;
  • proposed Treatment;
  • Treatment Price or estimate;
  • Clinic Booking Deposit;
  • included services;
  • excluded services;
  • validity period;
  • applicable cancellation, no-show and refund terms;
  • material medical or pricing assumptions.

GetClinic may provide the technology through which the Offer is generated or displayed.

The Clinic remains responsible for the substance of its Offer.

22. Treatment Price

The Clinic determines the Treatment Price.

GetClinic may display:

  • starting prices;
  • estimated prices;
  • ranges;
  • fixed Clinic Offers.

A general marketplace price is not necessarily a final individualized Treatment Price.

Your applicable Clinic Offer must state whether the Treatment Price is fixed or estimated/provided as a range, and must identify where further medical assessment may affect the final price.

23. No GetClinic Price Guarantee

GetClinic does not guarantee or promise that a Clinic will hold any Treatment Price for a particular period.

A Clinic Offer must state the price terms that apply to the selected Treatment scope.

Any Clinic commitment about price must come from the Clinic and be stated in the applicable Clinic Offer or booking terms.

24. Treatment Scope and Price Changes

A Clinic may change the Treatment Price if:

  • new medical information materially changes the required Treatment;
  • an in-person examination identifies a clinically necessary change that could not reasonably have been identified earlier;
  • you request additional Treatment;
  • you change the Treatment scope;
  • an expressly excluded service becomes necessary.

Where a non-emergency change would materially increase the Treatment Price or add separately chargeable Treatment, the Clinic must explain the changed scope and price and obtain the Patient’s express agreement before providing the additional paid service, except where applicable law or a genuine medical emergency permits otherwise.

You are not required to accept optional additional Treatment merely because you traveled to the Clinic.

25. Clinic Price and Booking Issue Resolution

If you believe a Clinic is charging an amount that is inconsistent with the applicable Clinic Offer or booking terms, you should contact GetClinic.

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, GetClinic may:

  • facilitate resolution;
  • request Clinic correction;
  • take marketplace enforcement action;
  • facilitate an applicable Clinic Booking Deposit refund;
  • suspend or remove the Clinic.

26. Clinic Booking Deposits

A Clinic may require a Clinic Booking Deposit, including a refundable Clinic Booking Deposit for a provisional Clinic Booking while the Clinic’s review is pending.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, the Clinic determines or approves the Clinic Booking Deposit, the Clinic Booking Deposit applies only to the selected Clinic Booking, and the Clinic Booking Deposit is fully refundable while the Clinic’s review or acceptance is pending. If Clinic acceptance first occurs less than 72 hours before the scheduled Treatment start time, the Deposit remains fully refundable until the Patient affirmatively confirms the accepted Booking after receiving the final material Booking and cancellation terms.

If the Clinic accepts the Booking and Treatment proceeds, the Clinic Booking Deposit will be credited in full against the Clinic Treatment Price and will reduce the Clinic Treatment Balance owed to the Clinic.

Example: Clinic Treatment Price: USD 10,000; Clinic Booking Deposit: USD 800; Clinic Treatment Balance: USD 9,200.

27. Clinic Booking Deposits Are Separate From GetClinic’s Clinic-Side Fees

GetClinic may separately charge a Clinic for subscription, software, technology, marketplace, platform functionality or other lawful arrangements.

Those arrangements are between GetClinic and the Clinic.

The Clinic Booking Deposit is not a GetClinic clinic-side software fee merely because GetClinic technology is used to process or facilitate the transaction.

The Clinic independently determines the Clinic Booking Deposit. The Clinic Booking Deposit is not calculated by reference to, and is independent from, GetClinic’s Clinic-side compensation.

28. How Clinic Booking Deposits May Be Paid

A Clinic Booking Deposit may be collected only through an approved Collection Route displayed by GetClinic at checkout where GetClinic or the applicable PSP is authorized and technically able to initiate or facilitate refunds required by these Terms and the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

  • Permitted Deposit routes may include an integrated Clinic-designated PSP, approved marketplace or connected-account payment infrastructure, or GetClinic or its PSP collecting on behalf of the Clinic where legally permitted and authorized.
  • Direct off-platform payment to the Clinic is not a permitted Collection Route for a Clinic Booking Deposit under these Terms. If a Clinic asks you to pay a GetClinic Booking Deposit outside the Collection Route displayed by GetClinic, contact GetClinic before paying.
  • If an approved refundable Collection Route is unavailable for a Clinic or country, GetClinic may disable payment of a Clinic Booking Deposit for that Booking.
  • The Clinic Treatment Balance and other permitted Clinic-related amounts may still be paid directly to the Clinic where that Collection Route is clearly disclosed and permitted.

29. GetClinic Payment Facilitation

Where legally permitted and authorized, checkout will identify the Collection Route for each Clinic-related payment. Successful payment through the identified Collection Route satisfies the corresponding portion of the Patient’s payment obligation to the Clinic stated at checkout. For Clinic Booking Deposits, the narrower approved-route requirement in Section 28 applies. Other Clinic-related amounts, including the Clinic Treatment Balance where permitted, may use direct Clinic payment, a Clinic-designated PSP, approved marketplace payment infrastructure, or another disclosed lawful Collection Route.

Where GetClinic or its PSP collects a Clinic-related payment on behalf of the Clinic, the Payment Beneficiary or Payee remains separately identified from the Payment Processor and Collection Route.

GetClinic may provide Booking confirmations, payment confirmations or transaction records through the GetClinic Services. Unless GetClinic is separately identified as the supplier of a service, those records do not make GetClinic the provider or seller of Clinic healthcare, and the Clinic remains responsible for issuing any healthcare invoice, fiscal receipt or other Clinic document required by law.

GetClinic does not operate a general-purpose consumer wallet, stored-value account, peer-to-peer payment service or general money-transfer/remittance service for Patients.

30. No Separate GetClinic Patient Marketplace Fee

Under this version of the Terms, GetClinic does not separately charge Patients for access to the Patient marketplace. Patient payments made through GetClinic must relate to legitimate Clinic marketplace transactions unless a separate non-Clinic GetClinic service is expressly offered and separately accepted.

Clinic Booking Deposits and Clinic Charges are Clinic-related payments and are not GetClinic fees merely because GetClinic technology processes or facilitates the transaction.

If GetClinic later offers a separately contracted non-Clinic consumer service, that service, its price, refund treatment and applicable consumer rights must be separately identified before the Patient becomes bound or pays for it.

31. No General-Purpose Stored Balance or Remittance

You may not use GetClinic to store money unrelated to a Booking, send money to arbitrary recipients, transfer funds between unrelated Clinics, operate a peer-to-peer balance, or conduct general international remittances.

32. GetClinic’s Commercial Relationship With Clinics

GetClinic may earn revenue from Clinics through commercial arrangements such as:

  • subscriptions;
  • software plans;
  • technology services;
  • marketplace services;
  • platform functionality;
  • other lawful arrangements.

You are not responsible for paying the Clinic’s GetClinic obligations.

The Clinic independently determines the Treatment Price. GetClinic’s Clinic-side compensation is governed separately by GetClinic’s commercial arrangement with the Clinic and is not a Patient payment obligation.

33. Clinic Treatment Balance

Unless GetClinic expressly offers an approved payment method for the Clinic Treatment Balance, the Clinic Treatment Balance is payable to the Clinic according to the Clinic’s instructions.

You should verify any bank-account changes or unusual payment instructions before sending significant funds.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GetClinic is not responsible for payments you choose to send to fraudulent accounts outside GetClinic where the payment instructions did not originate from GetClinic or the verified Clinic. This does not limit any responsibility GetClinic cannot lawfully exclude for its own acts or omissions.

34. Payment Service Providers

GetClinic or Clinics may use third-party PSPs.

A PSP may process:

  • card details;
  • bank details;
  • billing information;
  • identity information;
  • device/fraud information.

Your payment may also be subject to the PSP’s terms.

GetClinic may pause, reject or request verification for a transaction where reasonably necessary because of:

  • fraud;
  • security;
  • sanctions;
  • compliance;
  • PSP requirements;
  • payment-network requirements.

35. Currency and Foreign Exchange

Prices may be displayed in currencies different from your own card or bank-account currency.

Your bank, card network or PSP may impose:

  • exchange-rate conversion;
  • international transaction fees;
  • other financial charges.

Unless identified as guaranteed, converted amounts displayed by GetClinic may be estimates.

36. Refund and Cancellation Rules

Refund and cancellation rights are determined by:

The exact refund, cancellation and no-show terms applicable to a Booking must be shown before payment and must remain available in the Booking record or another accessible transaction record. For a Treatment Booking, the Refund & Cancellation Policy provides the minimum GetClinic marketplace protection: cancellation recorded at least 72 hours before the scheduled Treatment start time qualifies for a 100% refund of the unused Clinic Booking Deposit. If cancellation is recorded less than 72 hours before the scheduled start time but before Treatment begins, the Clinic may apply only a Clinic Cancellation Charge that was clearly disclosed before payment, is lawful, is reasonable and proportionate to genuine non-recoverable costs or loss caused by the late cancellation, and does not exceed the Clinic Booking Deposit; any remaining Deposit balance must be refunded. Transaction-specific terms may provide more favorable Patient rights but may not reduce these minimum protections.

37. Medical Rejection

If, before the booked Treatment is provided, the Clinic determines that you cannot safely or appropriately receive the proposed Treatment, any unused Clinic Booking Deposit must be refunded in full, subject to mandatory law. Any separately disclosed and lawfully charged Clinic Consultation Charge is independent from the Clinic Booking Deposit.

GetClinic’s standard marketplace design must not treat a medically unsuitable Patient as having successfully received the booked Treatment.

Any Clinic Charge retained or charged in connection with medical rejection must have a lawful basis, be separately disclosed before payment and be separately identified from the Clinic Booking Deposit.

38. Clinic Cancellation

If the Clinic cancels the booked Treatment before providing the Treatment to which the Clinic Booking Deposit relates, any unused Clinic Booking Deposit will be refunded in full unless you voluntarily elect an alternative date, replacement Treatment or other lawful arrangement.

A Clinic’s inability to provide Treatment does not automatically convert a Clinic Booking Deposit into GetClinic revenue.

39. Material Clinic Changes

You may have cancellation or refund rights where the Clinic materially changes matters such as:

  • Treatment scope;
  • Treatment Price;
  • physician where material;
  • essential included service;
  • key Booking date.

Applicable transaction terms and mandatory law govern the result.

40. Patient Cancellation

If you voluntarily cancel a Treatment Booking at least 72 hours before the scheduled Treatment start time, any unused Clinic Booking Deposit must be refunded in full under the Refund & Cancellation Policy. The 72-hour period is measured backward from the scheduled Treatment start time in the local time of the Participating Facility where Treatment is scheduled. Cancellation recorded exactly 72 hours before that scheduled start qualifies for the full-refund tier.

If you cancel less than 72 hours before the scheduled Treatment start time but before Treatment begins, the Clinic may apply a Clinic Cancellation Charge only where the charge was clearly disclosed before payment, is lawful, is reasonable and proportionate to genuine non-recoverable costs or loss caused by the late cancellation, and does not exceed the Clinic Booking Deposit. Any remaining Deposit balance must be refunded. A separately disclosed Clinic Consultation Charge for a consultation actually provided remains independent. If you do not cancel before the scheduled Treatment start time and fail to attend, the lawful no-show rules disclosed before Booking may apply. Once Treatment has begun, the Clinic Booking Deposit is credited against the Clinic Treatment Price and any refund right for unprovided services is governed by the applicable Treatment terms and mandatory law.

41. No-Show

A Patient is not treated as a no-show if cancellation is recorded before the scheduled Treatment begins; a cancellation inside the 72-hour window remains a late cancellation rather than a no-show. A Clinic may apply a Clinic No-Show Charge only where the Patient did not cancel before the scheduled start time, failed to attend as scheduled, the no-show terms were clearly disclosed before the Booking, and the charge is lawful, reasonable and proportionate to genuine non-recoverable costs or loss caused by the no-show. A Clinic No-Show Charge applied from the Clinic Booking Deposit may not exceed the Deposit, and any balance not lawfully retained must be refunded.

GetClinic does not guarantee that a Clinic Booking Deposit remains fully refundable after an avoidable no-show occurring at or after the scheduled Treatment start time, except to the extent required by mandatory law or more favorable disclosed terms. Any retained amount must be recorded as a Clinic No-Show Charge rather than GetClinic revenue.

42. Refund Processing

A Clinic Booking Deposit may be collected only through a Collection Route for which GetClinic or the applicable PSP is authorized and technically able to initiate or facilitate required refunds. When a Clinic Booking Deposit refund is due under these Terms, the Booking & Deposit Terms, the Refund & Cancellation Policy, applicable transaction terms or mandatory law, GetClinic will initiate or facilitate the refund through that payment infrastructure. For other Clinic-related amounts paid directly to a Clinic, the Clinic is responsible for any refund due and GetClinic may facilitate communication and marketplace enforcement.

Processing time may depend on:

  • PSP;
  • card network;
  • bank;
  • Clinic;
  • fraud review;
  • currency conversion.

Refunds are generally returned through the original payment route where feasible.

43. Chargebacks

Nothing in these Terms removes legitimate rights you may have through:

  • your card issuer;
  • bank;
  • PSP;
  • applicable law.

You agree not to knowingly submit fraudulent payment disputes.

Where possible, you may contact GetClinic first so that an issue can be investigated.

44. Consumer Cancellation and Withdrawal Rights

Your statutory cancellation or withdrawal rights may depend on:

  • your country;
  • whether the contract concerns GetClinic’s own service or Clinic healthcare;
  • when the contract was concluded;
  • whether performance has started;
  • the nature of the relevant service.

Where applicable law requires cooling-off or withdrawal information for GetClinic’s Patient marketplace service, GetClinic will provide any legally required information before you become bound.

Where applicable law permits early performance during a withdrawal period, GetClinic may request your express instruction or acknowledgment where required.

Healthcare contracts may be subject to different consumer-law treatment from GetClinic’s technology services.

Nothing in these Terms waives a mandatory right that applicable law does not permit you to waive.

45. Clinic Treatment Agreement

Your actual Treatment is governed by the agreement between you and the Clinic.

The Clinic may require separate:

  • treatment terms;
  • informed consent;
  • complication policies;
  • cancellation terms;
  • medical forms;
  • hospital documentation.

GetClinic may provide technology to display, execute or store those documents.

GetClinic does not become the healthcare provider by doing so.

46. Teleconsultations

If you use GetClinic technology to communicate with a doctor:

GetClinic provides the technology.

The Clinic or healthcare professional provides the consultation.

Medical advice, diagnosis and clinical decisions given during the consultation belong to the Clinic or healthcare professional.

47. Consultation Recording

GetClinic will not intentionally record a consultation without an applicable lawful basis and required notice or permission.

The Clinic may separately maintain clinical records where required by law.

48. Health Information

Healthcare marketplace use may involve sensitive information including:

  • symptoms;
  • diagnoses;
  • medical history;
  • medications;
  • allergies;
  • scans;
  • X-rays;
  • photographs;
  • laboratory tests;
  • prior Treatments.

GetClinic handles personal information according to its Privacy Policy and Health Data Privacy & Sharing Notice.

49. Sharing Health Information With Clinics

When you ask a Clinic to evaluate you, GetClinic may transmit information reasonably necessary to that selected Clinic to provide the product or service you requested, where permitted by applicable law.

Where applicable law requires a separate instruction, consent or authorization for a particular collection, sharing, disclosure or use of health information, GetClinic will request and obtain that separate permission before the relevant action.

GetClinic will not treat acceptance of these Terms alone as unlimited authorization to disclose all health information to every Clinic or to use health information for unrelated purposes.

50. Clinic Privacy Responsibility

Once a Clinic receives your health information for its own healthcare purposes, it may become independently responsible for that information under applicable healthcare and privacy laws.

GetClinic’s Privacy Policy does not replace the Clinic’s own legal obligations.

51. Accuracy of Patient Information

You must provide accurate and complete information to the Clinic to the best of your knowledge.

You must tell the Clinic if relevant medical information changes before consultation, travel, Treatment or follow-up.

Knowingly providing false or materially incomplete health information may affect:

  • medical assessment;
  • Treatment safety;
  • cancellation rights.

Nothing in this section excuses a Clinic from performing appropriate medical assessment.

52. Privacy Policy

GetClinic’s Privacy Policy explains matters including:

  • personal data collected;
  • sources;
  • purposes;
  • recipients;
  • retention;
  • international transfers;
  • security;
  • applicable privacy rights.

Health-data processing is addressed in additional health-data notices where appropriate.

53. Cookies

Cookies and similar technologies are governed by GetClinic’s Cookie Policy and the applicable Cookie Settings / consent interface. The Cookie Policy is a privacy/transparency notice and does not become consent to optional cookies merely because you accept these Terms.

Where separate consent is required for optional analytics or advertising technologies, acceptance of these Terms is not treated as that consent.

54. Marketing

Transactional messages necessary to operate GetClinic are different from marketing.

GetClinic may send transactional communications concerning:

  • account security;
  • Clinic messages;
  • Bookings;
  • payments;
  • refunds;
  • consultations.

Marketing communications will be handled according to applicable consent or other lawful-basis requirements.

55. Direct Patient-Clinic Communication

GetClinic may enable Patients and Clinics to communicate directly.

A Clinic may need direct contact details in order to provide healthcare safely and effectively.

GetClinic does not require all medical communication to remain permanently inside GetClinic.

The Clinic remains bound by its own marketplace agreement with GetClinic, but those commercial obligations do not restrict your ability to communicate directly with your healthcare provider.

56. Travel, Hotels and Transfers

Unless expressly identified otherwise under separate terms, GetClinic does not itself provide:

  • flights;
  • hotels;
  • airport transfers;
  • local transportation;
  • healthcare-tourism packages.

Where those services appear in a Clinic Offer, the responsible Clinic or third-party provider must be identified.

57. Travel Documents

You are responsible for:

  • passport validity;
  • visas;
  • immigration requirements;
  • entry restrictions;
  • required travel documents.

GetClinic does not guarantee that a government will issue you a visa or permit entry.

58. Insurance

International healthcare may create financial risks not covered by ordinary insurance.

Patients should independently consider appropriate:

  • travel insurance;
  • health insurance;
  • medical travel insurance;
  • complication coverage;
  • cancellation coverage.

GetClinic does not provide insurance unless expressly stated under separate terms.

59. Reviews

You may be allowed to review Clinics.

Reviews must reflect genuine experience and must not:

  • be knowingly false;
  • impersonate another person;
  • contain unlawful threats;
  • disclose another person’s sensitive information without authority;
  • constitute undisclosed paid promotion.

GetClinic may moderate reviews according to its Review Integrity Policy and applicable law.

GetClinic will not suppress or remove a lawful negative review solely because a Clinic objects to the review’s negative sentiment or rating. GetClinic may remove or restrict content that is unlawful, clearly false or misleading, abusive, irrelevant, privacy-invasive or otherwise removable under applicable law and the Review Integrity Policy.

59A. Content Moderation and Platform Restrictions

GetClinic may restrict the visibility of, remove or disable access to content, or restrict or suspend functionality or accounts, where reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, the Review Integrity Policy, applicable law, healthcare-safety requirements, fraud or security controls, sanctions or financial-crime controls, or other disclosed marketplace policies.

GetClinic may use automated technical signals or tools, human review, or a combination of both to identify potentially unlawful, fraudulent, unsafe or policy-violating content or activity. Automated systems may be used to identify matters such as spam, fraud, account abuse, security threats, unlawful content, misleading healthcare promotion, review manipulation or other potential violations. An automated flag does not necessarily result in an adverse decision without further review, except where immediate automated action is reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance or protection of users.

Where required by applicable law, GetClinic will provide the affected user with information about the principal reason for a moderation or restriction decision and access to an applicable internal complaint, review or appeal process. Where human review is required by applicable law, GetClinic will provide it. GetClinic will apply content restrictions in a diligent, objective and proportionate manner, taking account of the nature of the issue and the rights and legitimate interests of affected users.

Additional information about GetClinic review and content-moderation practices may be provided in the Review Integrity Policy and relevant product interfaces.

You may stop using GetClinic and request closure of your Patient account, subject to legal, security, payment, dispute, fraud-prevention and other lawful record-retention requirements.

60. Patient Content

You retain ownership of content you own.

You grant GetClinic a limited license to process, store and transmit content only as reasonably necessary to:

  • operate GetClinic;
  • provide requested services;
  • communicate with selected Clinics;
  • maintain records;
  • comply with law;
  • protect platform security.

Uploading medical photographs does not give GetClinic a general advertising right to use those photographs.

61. Testimonials and Promotional Use

GetClinic will not use identifiable Patient health information, medical photographs or Treatment testimonials for advertising or promotional purposes merely because they were uploaded or provided for healthcare or marketplace purposes.

Before using identifiable Patient health information, medical photographs or Treatment testimonials for advertising or promotional purposes, GetClinic will obtain any separate consent or authorization required by applicable law. Where applicable law requires a signed or otherwise specifically prescribed authorization, GetClinic will obtain that form of authorization before the promotional use.

Consent or authorization for promotional use will be handled separately from acceptance of these Terms where required by law.

62. Account Security

You are responsible for protecting your login information.

Notify GetClinic promptly if you suspect unauthorized account use.

GetClinic may implement:

  • verification;
  • multi-factor authentication;
  • security checks;
  • account recovery procedures.

63. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

  • commit payment fraud;
  • impersonate others;
  • upload malicious software;
  • access another Patient’s account;
  • misuse health information;
  • submit false reviews;
  • harass platform users;
  • evade sanctions;
  • use GetClinic for general money transmission;
  • use GetClinic for unlawful healthcare activity;
  • interfere with GetClinic security.

64. Suspension of Patient Accounts

GetClinic may suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary for:

  • fraud;
  • security;
  • sanctions;
  • abuse;
  • legal or regulatory requirements;
  • material violation of these Terms.

GetClinic may suspend or restrict access immediately and without prior notice where reasonably necessary to address fraud, security risk, sanctions, abuse, legal requirements or an urgent risk to Patients, Clinics, GetClinic or third parties.

Where immediate action is not reasonably necessary and applicable law or the circumstances support it, GetClinic may provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.

65. Clinic Suspension or Removal

GetClinic may suspend a Clinic because of:

  • licensing issues;
  • fraud;
  • serious Patient complaints;
  • sanctions;
  • misleading advertising;
  • falsified credentials;
  • repeated marketplace violations;
  • safety concerns.

Removing a Clinic from GetClinic does not itself terminate any healthcare obligations the Clinic already owes to you.

66. Marketplace Availability

GetClinic cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

Temporary outages may result from:

  • maintenance;
  • infrastructure failures;
  • security measures;
  • third-party outages;
  • legal restrictions.

GetClinic will use commercially reasonable efforts appropriate to its service to maintain availability.

67. Third-Party Services

GetClinic may rely on third-party technology including:

  • payment services;
  • communications;
  • video;
  • infrastructure;
  • identity verification.

Third parties may have their own contractual and privacy terms.

68. Intellectual Property

GetClinic retains rights in its:

  • software;
  • designs;
  • interfaces;
  • trademarks;
  • databases;
  • proprietary technology.

You receive a limited right to use GetClinic for your personal, lawful marketplace purposes.

69. No Guarantee of Medical Outcome

GetClinic does not guarantee:

  • successful Treatment;
  • cosmetic outcome;
  • complication-free Treatment;
  • cure;
  • recovery period;
  • physician performance.

Healthcare involves inherent uncertainty.

70. Marketplace Disclaimer

GetClinic does not guarantee that:

  • every Clinic listing is error-free;
  • every Clinic will accept you;
  • every Clinic will remain available;
  • every Treatment estimate will remain unchanged for legitimate medical reasons.

Nothing in these Terms limits obligations GetClinic cannot legally exclude.

71. Responsibility for GetClinic Services

GetClinic remains responsible for its own conduct and technology to the extent required by applicable law.

GetClinic does not disclaim responsibility for its own:

  • fraud;
  • willful misconduct;
  • legally non-excludable negligence;
  • privacy obligations;
  • payment obligations;
  • other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

72. Clinic Medical Liability

The independent Clinic is responsible for:

  • clinical negligence;
  • malpractice;
  • diagnosis;
  • Treatment decisions;
  • performance of medical services;
  • clinical aftercare.

GetClinic is not liable merely because a Clinic’s healthcare services were discovered or booked through GetClinic.

73. Limitation of GetClinic Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GetClinic will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses caused solely by the independent clinical acts or omissions of a Clinic.

Where applicable law permits a monetary limitation for claims arising specifically from GetClinic Services, GetClinic’s aggregate liability will not exceed the greater of:

  • USD 500; or
  • amounts, if any, that you paid directly to GetClinic for GetClinic’s own non-Clinic services during the preceding 12 months.

A Clinic Booking Deposit is a Clinic-related payment and is not payment for GetClinic’s own services merely because GetClinic technology processes or facilitates the transaction.

Nothing in this section limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be limited.

74. Mandatory Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms removes mandatory consumer protections applicable to you.

If applicable law gives you non-waivable rights relating to:

  • unfair contract terms;
  • refunds;
  • cancellation;
  • withdrawal;
  • marketplace disclosures;
  • healthcare;
  • payment disputes;
  • privacy;
  • jurisdiction;

those rights continue to apply.

75. European Economic Area Consumers

For Patients located in the EEA, applicable EU and national consumer protections remain unaffected.

Healthcare contracts and GetClinic’s own technology/service contract may be subject to different legal rules.

For example, the EU Consumer Rights Directive excludes healthcare contracts from its scope, so healthcare cancellation rights should not be assumed to be identical to ordinary online service cancellation rights. Mandatory national healthcare and consumer rules may still apply.

Where GetClinic provides a separately contracted non-Clinic consumer service, GetClinic will provide applicable pre-contract information and consumer rights required for that service.

76. United Kingdom Consumers

UK Patients retain mandatory UK consumer protections.

Depending on the nature of the specific contract, UK rules may provide cancellation rights for certain distance service contracts and impose pre-contract disclosure obligations. Healthcare and related services may require transaction-specific classification.

Nothing in these Terms requires a UK consumer to waive a right that UK law makes non-waivable.

77. International Patients

Clinics may be located in countries different from your country of residence.

Different laws may govern:

  • healthcare;
  • professional licensing;
  • malpractice;
  • insurance;
  • consumer rights;
  • privacy.

You should understand that receiving healthcare abroad may involve legal and practical differences from receiving healthcare in your home country.

78. Sanctions and Restricted Transactions

GetClinic may restrict service where required by:

  • U.S. sanctions;
  • applicable foreign sanctions;
  • PSP requirements;
  • financial crime controls;
  • applicable law.

You must not use GetClinic to evade applicable restrictions.

79. Complaints

GetClinic may assist with communication and marketplace enforcement but does not adjudicate medical malpractice disputes.

80. Governing Law

Except where mandatory law provides otherwise, the contractual relationship between you and GetClinic is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.

This provision does not deprive a consumer of mandatory legal protection available under law that cannot validly be displaced by contract.

Your healthcare contract with a Clinic may be governed by another jurisdiction.

81. Dispute Resolution

IMPORTANT: This Section 81 contains a U.S.-only agreement to individual arbitration and a class-action waiver. It does not apply where applicable law prohibits it or where you timely opt out as described below.

81.1 Informal Dispute Resolution

Before starting arbitration or a court proceeding against the other party, except for an eligible small-claims matter or urgent relief that cannot reasonably wait, the claimant must first send a written Notice of Dispute using the Legal Notices contact in Section 92. The notice must identify the claimant, the relevant GetClinic account, the facts of the dispute and the requested relief. The parties will have 30 days after receipt to attempt an informal resolution.

81.2 U.S. Agreement to Individual Arbitration

If your primary residence is in the United States when the dispute arises, and you have not timely opted out, any dispute, claim or controversy between you and GetClinic arising out of or relating to the GetClinic Services, these Terms or the Patient-GetClinic relationship will be resolved by binding individual arbitration, except for the matters listed in Section 81.3. This arbitration agreement is governed by the U.S. Federal Arbitration Act.

Arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules then in effect, unless the parties agree to another administrator. The arbitrator may award the same individual remedies that a court could award to the extent permitted by law. Arbitration replaces a court trial before a judge or jury and is subject to limited judicial review.

81.3 Exceptions

Either party may bring an individual claim in a court of competent jurisdiction that qualifies for small-claims treatment. Nothing in this Section prevents a Patient from reporting a matter to a governmental or regulatory agency, and nothing waives a right or remedy that applicable law does not permit to be waived.

81.4 U.S. Class and Representative Action Waiver

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, U.S. disputes between a Patient and GetClinic must proceed only on an individual basis. Neither party may bring or participate in a class, collective, consolidated or representative action or arbitration against the other, and an arbitrator may not combine claims of different persons without the parties’ consent.

If applicable law makes this waiver unenforceable for a particular claim or remedy, that claim or remedy may proceed in a court of competent jurisdiction only to the extent required by law, while any arbitrable claims remain subject to this Section to the extent permitted.

81.5 Arbitration Opt-Out

A U.S. Patient may opt out of Sections 81.2 and 81.4 by sending written notice to the Legal Notices contact in Section 92 within 30 days after first accepting a version of these Terms that contains this arbitration provision. The notice must include the Patient’s name, GetClinic account email or identifier, and a clear statement that the Patient opts out of arbitration. Opting out does not affect the rest of these Terms.

81.6 Court Venue and Non-U.S. Consumers

For a U.S. dispute that is not subject to arbitration, including because of a valid opt-out, the parties consent, to the extent permitted by law, to the state and federal courts located in Delaware, except for eligible small-claims matters and any non-waivable venue right.

For Patients outside the United States, Sections 81.2 and 81.4 do not apply unless separately and lawfully agreed. Nothing in these Terms requires an international consumer to waive a mandatory right to use local courts, statutory dispute mechanisms or other non-waivable remedies.

82. Changes to These Terms

GetClinic may amend these Terms to reflect:

  • product changes;
  • legal requirements;
  • security developments;
  • operational changes.

The updated Terms will contain a new version and effective date.

Where required, GetClinic will provide notice or obtain renewed acceptance for material changes.

Changes will not unlawfully remove rights already accrued under an existing Booking.

83. Electronic Communications

Where permitted by law, you agree that GetClinic may provide:

  • contracts;
  • notices;
  • receipts;
  • disclosures;
  • Booking records

electronically.

You should retain copies of important transaction records.

84. Assignment

You may not transfer your GetClinic account to another person without authorization.

GetClinic may transfer these Terms as part of a legitimate:

  • merger;
  • acquisition;
  • corporate reorganization;
  • business sale,

subject to applicable law and preservation of your mandatory rights.

85. Severability

If one provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of these Terms remains effective where legally possible.

86. No Waiver

Failure to enforce a provision once does not permanently waive GetClinic’s right to enforce it later.

87. Entire GetClinic Agreement

These Terms and incorporated transaction-specific GetClinic documents constitute your agreement with GetClinic concerning GetClinic Services.

They do not replace the separate healthcare agreement between you and your selected Clinic.

88. Order of Precedence

For a specific Booking, applicable documents are interpreted according to the following separated categories, subject to mandatory law:

For GetClinic Services, transaction-specific GetClinic checkout disclosures, Booking confirmations and GetClinic-facing payment terms govern first, followed by the Booking & Deposit Terms, the Refund & Cancellation Policy and then these Terms.

For Patient-Clinic commercial terms, the Clinic Offer, Booking Confirmation and agreed transaction-specific commercial terms govern the Clinic Treatment Price, Clinic Booking Deposit amount, inclusions, exclusions and other Booking commercial terms, except that no such term may reduce the minimum cancellation protections stated in the Refund & Cancellation Policy and Booking & Deposit Terms: 100% refund of the unused Clinic Booking Deposit for cancellation at least 72 hours before the scheduled Treatment start time; and, for cancellation less than 72 hours before the scheduled start time but before Treatment begins, any Clinic Cancellation Charge must be clearly disclosed before payment, lawful, reasonable and proportionate to genuine non-recoverable costs or loss caused by the late cancellation, and may not exceed the Clinic Booking Deposit. More favorable Patient terms may apply.

For Patient-Clinic clinical terms, the Treatment Agreement, informed consent and Clinic clinical policies govern medical care, clinical risks, consent and medical records.

Privacy matters are governed separately by applicable privacy notices.

89. Language

GetClinic may provide translated versions of these Terms and convenience translation or automated translation features through the GetClinic Services.

Where legally permitted, the English version will control if translations conflict.

If mandatory local law requires another language or gives the translated version controlling effect, that law applies. GetClinic convenience translation or automated translation is not a substitute for a qualified medical interpreter unless expressly stated. The Clinic remains responsible for language support required for safe informed consent and medical care.

90. Required Checkout Disclosures

Before a Patient makes a Clinic-related payment, GetClinic will clearly and separately display, as applicable:

  • selected Clinic;
  • Treatment or service;
  • Treatment Price or estimate;
  • Clinic Booking Deposit;
  • Clinic Treatment Balance;
  • Booking Type;
  • Booking Status;
  • Medical Approval Status;
  • Payment Beneficiary or Payee;
  • Payment Processor;
  • Collection Route;
  • Payment Effect, meaning the amount of the Patient’s corresponding payment obligation to the Clinic that will be satisfied by successful payment through the identified Collection Route;
  • applicable refund, cancellation and no-show terms, including the minimum right to a 100% refund of the unused Clinic Booking Deposit if the Patient cancels at least 72 hours before the scheduled Treatment start time and the disclosed late-cancellation rule that may apply inside 72 hours;
  • final payment-button wording.

Booking Type: Consultation / Treatment / Other.

Booking Status: Provisional / Confirmed / Cancelled.

Medical Approval Status: Pending Review / Conditionally Approved / Approved / Not Approved.

Cancelled Booking Status disables payment.

For a Treatment Booking, Medical Approval Status = Not Approved disables payment of a Clinic Booking Deposit for Treatment.

Pending Review permits a refundable Clinic Booking Deposit only where there is a provisional Clinic Booking, provisional Clinic Offer, Clinic-required Deposit and an approved Collection Route through which required Deposit refunds can be initiated or facilitated.

A separately disclosed Clinic Consultation Charge for a consultation is governed independently and may be paid where applicable.

Pending Review outside the permitted provisional-booking structure disables payment of a Clinic Booking Deposit for Treatment. A Clinic Booking Deposit is also disabled where no approved refundable Deposit Collection Route is available.

91. Patient Booking Acknowledgements

At checkout, the Patient must affirmatively acknowledge the following, as applicable to the Booking Type, payment and transaction:

  • the Patient has selected the Clinic;
  • the Clinic, and not GetClinic, provides the healthcare;
  • the Clinic determines the Patient’s medical suitability;
  • the Clinic has issued or approved the relevant Offer, where an Offer is applicable;
  • any pending-review Clinic Booking Deposit remains refundable while Clinic acceptance is pending;
  • if the Clinic accepts the Booking and Treatment proceeds, the Clinic Booking Deposit will be credited in full against the Clinic Treatment Price;
  • the Patient has reviewed and accepted the applicable cancellation, refund and no-show terms, including that for a Treatment Booking the unused Clinic Booking Deposit is 100% refundable if the Patient cancels at least 72 hours before the scheduled Treatment start time, and that a clearly disclosed lawful and proportionate Clinic Cancellation Charge may apply if cancellation occurs less than 72 hours before the scheduled start time but before Treatment begins;
  • GetClinic does not separately charge the Patient for access to the Patient marketplace under this version of the Terms;
  • the Payment Beneficiary or Payee may differ from the Payment Processor or Collection Route; a Clinic Booking Deposit may be paid only through the approved Deposit Collection Route displayed by GetClinic; and successful payment through the route identified at checkout satisfies the corresponding portion of the Patient’s payment obligation to the Clinic;

the final payment status is determined by Clinic review, Clinic acceptance, cancellation, refund and Treatment-proceeds outcomes disclosed at checkout.

These acknowledgements must appear at checkout rather than being hidden solely within these Terms, and GetClinic will retain a versioned record of the applicable checkout disclosure and acceptance event where legally and operationally appropriate.
