We pay above-market for our region (Istanbul, Berlin, Barcelona, remote). Salary bands are published internally.
Equity for everyone
Every full-time hire gets meaningful equity at offer time. Vesting is straight 4 years; no cliff after year one.

Do you sponsor visas?
Yes — for senior engineering, design, and clinical advisory roles. We've sponsored 9 visas to Turkey and 4 to Germany since 2023. Junior roles are easier when you can already work in one of our office cities.
Is there a salary band published with each role?
Yes. Click any role to see the band. Bands are based on the role's level and the location's cost-of-living index. We do not negotiate below the published band.
How remote is 'remote'?
For engineering and clinical advisory roles: fully remote within EU/UK timezones. For medical operations and patient support: hybrid is preferred so you can spend time with the on-site clinical teams.
What's the take-home for engineering interviews?
We don't do take-homes longer than 90 minutes. The pair interview is on a real bug from our backlog (signed NDA). You see exactly the kind of code you'd work on.
