Customer Support Specialist

Istanbul or remote (CET)Full-time

About the role

Be the calm, human first response for patients navigating treatment abroad. WhatsApp and email frontline — empathy first, throughput second.

For most patients, you are GetClinic. You're the person who answers at 9pm the night before a flight, in their language, without a script.

This is emotional, high-trust work. We staff it as a career, not a call-centre seat.

What you'll do

  • Handle patient inquiries over WhatsApp and email with care and speed.
  • Coordinate between patients, clinics, and coordinators across timezones.
  • Flag clinical or safety concerns to the right team immediately.
  • Keep patient records and next-steps accurate in the portal.

About you

  • 2+ years in customer or patient support.
  • Genuinely calm under pressure; you de-escalate naturally.
  • Fluent English plus one of German, Arabic, or Turkish.
  • You care about getting it right for one person at a time.

Nice to have

  • Healthcare, travel, or hospitality background.
  • Additional languages.
