About the role
Own the booking and quote-coordination surface end-to-end. Ship every week. TypeScript, React, Postgres, modest infra footprint.
We coordinate real medical journeys — quotes, consent, travel, aftercare — across borders and languages. The software has to be correct, legible, and boring in the best way.
You'll join a small, senior engineering team that owns its slice of the product from database to pixels. There are no tickets thrown over a wall.
What you'll do
- Build and own patient-facing flows in Next.js and TypeScript.
- Design Postgres schemas and the API seam between editorial content and live marketplace data.
- Ship weekly behind feature flags; measure impact with real patient outcomes.
- Review code with an eye for correctness over cleverness — this is healthcare.
About you
- 5+ years shipping production web applications.
- Deep TypeScript and React; comfortable owning Postgres.
- You write things down. Decisions live in docs and PRs, not DMs.
- You can work async within EU/UK overlap hours.
Nice to have
- Experience with Next.js App Router / RSC.
- You've worked somewhere correctness genuinely mattered.
