Account Manager

Istanbul · hybridFull-time

About the role

Own the relationship with our partner clinics — the people who deliver the care. Keep quality high and communication honest.

Our 280 partner clinics are the product. You're the person who keeps those relationships healthy, holds the quality bar, and unblocks patient journeys.

This is not a quota-carrying sales seat. It's long-term relationship ownership with clinical stakes.

What you'll do

  • Manage a portfolio of partner clinics as their main point of contact.
  • Onboard new partners and keep their profiles, pricing, and availability accurate.
  • Resolve escalations between patients, coordinators, and clinics.
  • Feed partner and quality signals back to the medical board and product teams.

About you

  • 3+ years in account management, partnerships, or clinic operations.
  • Excellent communicator who can hold a firm line kindly.
  • Organised across many moving relationships at once.
  • Fluent English plus Turkish or another network language.

Nice to have

  • Healthcare or medical-tourism background.
  • Comfort travelling to partner clinics occasionally.
