Stay & travel
From inquiry to your 12-month review
Most patients fly home on day 3 or 4. Office work with a hat is fine after day 10; client-facing work most patients delay until day 14. Final result settles between months 9 and 12.
Day 0
Excess skin removed and breasts reshaped under general anaesthesia; a support bra is applied.
Day 1
Soreness and tightness are expected; gentle movement begins.
Day 7
Wound check completed; short-haul travel is often comfortable now.
Week 2
Return to office work; continue wearing the support bra full-time.
Week 6
Resume full exercise and upper-body activity.
Month 3
Swelling settles and the breast shape looks natural.
Month 12
Scars have matured and faded and the final contour is set.
