Stay & travel
From inquiry to your 12-month review
Most patients fly home on day 3 or 4. Office work with a hat is fine after day 10; client-facing work most patients delay until day 14. Final result settles between months 9 and 12.
Booking & prep
Appointment confirmed with instructions to fast for 8 to 12 hours beforehand.
Arrival & registration
Check in, complete a medical history form and have height, weight and blood pressure recorded.
Tests & scans
Blood and urine samples are collected and an ECG is performed.
Imaging
A chest X-ray and abdominal ultrasound are carried out.
Doctor review
A physician examines you and discusses preliminary findings.
Results & report
A consolidated report with recommendations is provided, often the same day.

Do I need to fast before the check-up?
Yes, an 8 to 12 hour fast is required so that glucose and cholesterol results are accurate. Water is allowed.
How long does the whole check-up take?
Most full body check-ups are completed within two to four hours in a single visit.
Is the check-up painful?
No. The only mild discomfort is the brief needle prick during the blood draw.
