All practising clinicians. None employed by GetClinic. Each holds a binding vote on every partner-clinic admission, annual re-audit, and de-listing decision.
The structural choices below are the ones that distinguish a real clinical board from a marketing board. We chose all four deliberately.
A clinic can be rejected at any of these six steps. The earliest rejections come from paper review; the most common come from on-site audit.
Members must be practising clinicians in good standing, with 10+ years post-residency, in a subspecialty under-represented on the board, and with no employment relationship to any GetClinic partner or competitor.
