From inquiry to your 12-month review
Most patients fly home on day 3 or 4. Office work with a hat is fine after day 10; client-facing work most patients delay until day 14. Final result settles between months 9 and 12.

Fat suctioned under anaesthesia; a compression garment is fitted.
Day 1
Bruising, swelling and soreness are normal; gentle walking helps.
Day 7
Sutures checked; short flights are usually comfortable now with the garment on.
Week 2
Bruising fades and you can return to desk work.
Week 6
Resume full exercise; most swelling has reduced.
